At Yasu Farm, we raise St. Croix x Katahdin cross sheep, a small lean breed known for their exceptional flavour. They are are primarily raised on grass and forest forage, and given a bit of flax seed, coconut powder and hay when it snows. We sell half lambs, cut and wrapped for $8/pound.
